For years, Shep @Hyken has argued one thing: customer service isn't the department you call when something breaks. It's the business. Filip Jaskólski, CPO at Text, sat down with him to push it further. What happens when service stops just protecting revenue and starts creating it? The teams that figure this out first win. Episode dropping soon. #ServiceOnOffense @filipjaskolski

Other tools optimized customer service to cost less. We built it to generate profit. Text is on @ProductHunt today: producthunt.com/products/text-… Our customers generated $9.7M in revenue through conversations last month. Great service sells. Let's make that the new standard.

The gap is real. A customer ready to buy opens chat and too often gets a ticket number. Momentum lost. The best sales reps in any brick-and-mortar store never let that happen. They read the room, helped, and closed. Text makes sure AI does the same at every chat window, for any online business. #ServiceOnOffense

Support is your most ignored revenue channel. And most leaders are still treating it like a cost center. Most companies separate support and sales: Different teams. Different goals. Different tools. So the highest-intent moment in the journey gets fragmented. A customer is

A lot of companies use AI to close tickets faster. At Text, we use it to make sure the right conversations end in a sale — and Maciej is the one making sure Text AI Agent delivers across 122k chats a month. This is what he's learned building the custom skills that make it actually work: bit.ly/49Cjy7q

Every product question is a buying signal. Last month, Text-powered chats drove $6.7M in Shopify sales for our clients. 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲'𝘀 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝗶𝘁 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀: AI agent reads what the customer's looking at, pulls the right products from your catalog, and shows them as interactive cards. Customers add to cart inside the chat. No redirect to the product page, no broken context, no losing the conversation. Want to see how you can start selling through service? Text us.

Shopify stores closed $6.3M in sales through Text-powered chats in a single month. The questions your team treats as tickets are where most of that revenue starts. AI Agent works the floor around the clock, spotting buying signals, pulling the right product into the chat, and recovering carts before they're abandoned. Human agents step in when the conversation calls for one. Text is now available on the Shopify App Store. Install in minutes and start selling through service.

"You have 100 chats a day, let's say. That's 100 chances to close a sale." That line from Piotr Cygan, Head of Selling Experience at Text, reframes what AI is actually for in ecommerce support. Oksana sits down with Piotr on repetitive tickets, stretched teams, and the buying signals your team is missing while it answers the same question for the fortieth time. A customer service platform handles trust at scale. Order history. Customer data. Conversations happening in real time, across millions of interactions. You can trust us with your business. Over the past three months, Sensiba LLP, an independent auditor, conducted a comprehensive assessment of our security controls. The result? SOC 2 Type 2 certification 🎉. As our Head of Security, @MateuszStahl, puts it: "Trust is fragile — especially in security. Independent SOC 2 Type 2 audits provide clients with objective validation from external experts that our security controls are not only well designed, but also fully operational in practice." You have independent proof that our security controls are not only well-designed but also proven to work in practice. Because when our platform sits between your business and your customers, trust isn't optional. If you’re evaluating a customer service platform, security is part of your checklist. We’re happy to 𝗧𝗲𝘅𝘁. Skip the long questionnaires, just read the report, and start from a foundation of trust, so we can focus on building something great together. #SOC2 #cybersecurity

Ever closed an online sale because a customer asked if something was dryer safe? With Text, you just write: "When a customer asks about machine drying, assure them it's dryer safe and offer a 5% discount." Your AI agent handles it from there, 24/7, every chat, no code. The best sales associates have always done this: turned a small question into a reason to buy. Text gives every business that same concierge instinct, at scale. You decide what should happen. Your AI handles the rest.

$9.20M came in through customer service chats powered by Text. Not from ads, not from outbound. From conversations our clients were already having. When every chat is a chance to close, the numbers move fast. Clients who put service on offense are seeing +39% month on month. That's what happens when you stop treating support as a cost.
