@pwnerblu incredible! did you have to transfer kernel drivers between kcs to achieve this..?? apple tv wouldn't have touch kexts otherwise right?

@ZachWeiner i liked adrian tchaikovsky's architects series, similar-ish in that it's adventure and doesn't take itself too seriously. super fun read imo. but more fantasy than scifi, and i don't remember if there are bits that might be inappropriate for a 12yo

@ParkerOrtolani i think for many/most people, a phone is already the limit. you need a _really_ good product to convince someone to wear an entirely new device

@ParkerOrtolani remember when they introduced the iphone 5 and it was like 4" rather than 3.5" and people were making memes about how it was so long and each subsequent iphone would keep elongating?

Have *you* gone to buy a Pokémon game in the past 5 years and noticed that they cost hundreds of dollars? There's two simple explanations for that. Unfortunately, they're "scams" and "fascism". NEW SUBSTACK ARTICLE FROM ME (in the first reply!)

@BeccaTurnis @JohnnyWalsh__ same except elementary school rather than church. every year there's a post about it being dystopian/cringe/whatever like no, it just means kids who can't trick or treat otherwise get a chance to. most get to do it twice. literally all upside

alright chat, they seem really committed to this “denying SNAP payments for next month” thing, and that’s where…well, my entire grocery budget comes from, so i’m a bit panicked and am just going to ask if you *can* help me restock my kitchen, i’d be very grateful

@hipersayanX @PhotoGhibli wdym? it's a spinoff of whisper of the heart, implied to be written by shizuku (aka the lofi girl). it's intentionally very silly and weird but wouldn't say disturbing. it's cute
