@rohanpaul_ai a clever robot would have just walked round it. Or got a sweeping brush.

@ContractorCalc Unfortunately, that doesn't stop him from being popular - allegedly we had enough of experts some time ago. As long as he's got a platform, followers and a message that appears to fix a problem this will continue...

@RealPNavarro Erm. No. Try suitability. Terrible miles per gallon and oversized. Japan, South Korea and Malaysia don’t have this problem.

@tricyclemayor I have a hase trigo delta (double wheels at the back) trike for disc (spine!) problems. The seat comfort is another level. The speed and cornering is intense. Traffic seems to be super cautious around me. Going up hill is the only -ve: more of a workout..

@RishiSunak Last time did we vote for you as PM? Or Liz truss? Is Brexit done? Or have a political party in power that was so divorced from the general public that it thought parties in Downing Street were a good idea in lockdown?

@Itwitius thanks for a great talk this evening at Farsley. My question would have been: what’s your favourite sci-fi movie…?

@DrEilidhMaria And to be honest you are more likely to be the voice of the patient in any discussions as you'll have a better understanding of their wants and needs...

This analysis by Tom is one I hadn’t really considered before and is making my blood absolutely boil. It locks in - no - amplifies the north south divide, and the northerners have been mugs to pay for it politically and financially.

In 2015 I wrote quite a cynical piece about HS2 in which I argued that it was probably all about using Manchester and Leeds to build a business case for increasing rail capacity between Milton Keynes and London. And actually it wasn't cynical enough. Lesson learned I suppose.

@glensykes70 @JayMitchinson But you should care. Listen to the latest “this is money” podcast where they discuss how important hs2 is to northern powerhouse rail, the east west corridor from Liverpool to hull, and in fact levelling up transport infra for the whole of the north.
