America appears in a homebuyer recession. Mortgage purchase applications are down 60% from their pandemic peak, per Redfin. Demand is now back near 1995 levels, lower than at any point during the 2008–2012 housing crash. It comes as mortgage rates sit above 7%, pending home sales hover near record lows, and a record 14% of September deals were canceled.

It’s already worse than 2008–2009 in some housing metrics… …and almost no one is talking about it. Existing home sales have collapsed 35% from the peak -- a technical demand crash. And this is happening before unemployment rises, before forced selling, before real distress. The pressure is quietly building beneath the surface. The real pain hasn’t even started yet.

Millionaire: I need a tax break so I can create more jobs. Government: Sure, here’s $35,000,000,000 in tax cuts. Millionaire: Appreciate it. Laying off 6,000 workers next quarter, though. Government: No problem. The tax cuts still stand. You: I owe $5,800 in taxes. Government: Pay up. No excuses. The system gives the biggest breaks to people who can afford to lose the most and puts the most pressure on people who can afford it the least. Funny how the rules change depending on how much money you have.

So you're telling me if I own 10,000 shares of $QQQI & it pays roughly $0.62/share per month... I’ll get about $6,200 every month for doing literally nothing 👀👀 That's $74,400 a year in income💲 Why aren't more people doing this? 🫵🚨

Son: I’m not asking you to buy me a house, Dad. I only asked to borrow $20,000. I’ve saved the rest. Father: And I said no. You’re thirty-two, employed, and old enough to handle it yourself. Son: You helped my sister with her down payment and paid for my brother’s wedding. When I needed help with college, you told me to get loans. Father: Your sister respects this family. Your brother takes responsibility. You only think of us when you need money. Son: That’s unfair. Father: Life is unfair. Maybe you’d get further if you stopped questioning everything I do. Son: You mean asking why you’ve treated me differently since I was a kid? Father: Not this again. Son: You skipped my school events, barely came to my graduation, and hardly congratulated me on my first job. Father: I gave you a home and food. What else do you want? Son: I wanted to feel like your son. Father: You are my son. Son: Then why have I always felt like I had to earn my place here? Father: I’m done with this conversation....

After selling all $TSLA last month for $345, check out $TSLA now.

Investors in their 20s and 30s right now

If women were judged by the same standards they judge men: -Height -Fitness -Income -Humor -Emotional control Most of them would be considered failures.

In the year 2000, 13.4% of US households had incomes over $100K In 2025, 17.2% of households had incomes over $200K A $100,000 salary in 2000 has the same purchasing power as $194,530 in 2026, per YF

Retiring at 40 is important to me It is also nice to know that if I was to stop contributing to my investments that I would be able to spend ~$200k/yr during retirement at traditional retirement age This may be the reality if I find meaningful work at some point

When you bought the $TSLA dip in 2021 at $378. And it’s trading at $378 in 2026.

American taxpayer dollars Congress sent to Ukraine… 2022: $20.6 billion 2023: $48.7 billion 2024: $24.8 billion 2025: $18.0 billion 2026: $700 million We have no idea where our money ended up. This is why they don’t want this war (grift) to end. Americans are being robbed.

My friend’s dad built a business from nothing. 30 years. Blood and sweat. Turned it into something worth $2,000,000. Sold it in 2019 to a private equity firm. They gutted it in 18 months. Cut 40 jobs. Raised prices 35%. Eliminated the pension plan he’d built for his employees. Squeezed every dollar out and sold the carcass. He calls it the worst decision he ever made. Said he thought they’d protect what he built. Private equity doesn’t buy businesses to run them. They buy them to harvest them. And they’re doing it to every industry you depend on daily.

So you’re telling me if I buy 1,000 shares of $MSTR at $100… And Bitcoin goes back to it’s previous all-time highs… $MSTR will run back to $450… And my position would be worth $450,000? Why aren’t more people doing this?

So you're telling me if I move $2,000,000 from my regular savings account (0.40%) to a 10-Year Treasury at 4.50%... I would earn about $82,000 more every year just for making that switch?! And I can do this with almost zero effort, outside of the stock market?!

So you’re telling me if I open a Roth IRA at 25 and invest $625/mo in an S&P500 index fund like $VOO I’ll have roughly $2.3 million by age 60, completely tax-free. Why aren’t more people doing this?

U.S. HOUSEHOLD WEALTH HIT A RECORD $184.9 TRILLION STOCKS AND REAL ESTATE DROVE MUCH OF THE INCREASE AMERICANS’ FINANCIAL ASSETS NOW SHAPE RETIREMENT OUTCOMES THE WEALTH GAP IS STILL A MAJOR ECONOMIC STORY

US 10-Year Treasury yield: 5.35%. I can borrow money at 1.29%. That’s a 4.06% spread. So why shouldn’t I just borrow $2 million, buy Treasuries, and make $81,200 a year completely risk-free?
