**CORRUPTION WATCH** Whatever happened to the Tea Party? They got their president. The economy picked up. The rallies slowed down. That is the short version. The longer version is they were fighting a machine that both parties were already feeding. Taxes were high. Debt was climbing. The economy was sputtering. That was the complaint. Then the IRS under Lois Lerner started slow-walking and targeting the groups that were organizing around it. The Republicans who were supposed to be on their side held hearings, issued statements, and did nothing that actually protected the people under the microscope. The targeting was real. The defense was theater. What we can see now is why. The same years those groups were being examined, both parties were voting to expand the NGO and contractor pipelines that turn federal money into local jobs, local contracts, and local kickbacks. Learing-center style mills. PPP-style loans with thin payroll. Hospice and medical billing that treats a person like a subscription. ActBlue questions. The money did not stop because a Tea Party group filed a 501(c)(4). It kept moving because the people who wrote the checks and the people who cashed them were on both sides of the aisle. A compromise was made: - Republicans were against foreign aid. - Democrats were against an open border. They shook hands and decided to share the pie. The WEF and Chamber of Commerce were benefactors pulling both sides together against their citizens. DOGE has spent the last year opening those files. The scale is larger than the 2010 complaints. The Tea Party was looking at taxes, debt, and an IRS that treated them as the problem. They did not yet have the receipts on how much of the spending was already being routed through groups that existed to capture it. If those files had been public then, the rallies would not have been about the deficit alone. They would have been about the machine that was already built to spend it. They got the president. The machine kept the contracts. The question now is whether the files stay open long enough for the people who showed up in 2010 to see what they were actually up against. @ChiefEngineerCE

Only one branch has touched H-1B. The executive branch. The other two have sat on their asses with no intention of doing anything against their lobbyists. Trump's people put a six-figure fee on new petitions. They opened fraud cases. They walked into empty offices that were supposed to hold hundreds of visa workers. Yesterday they froze PERM for Microsoft, Adobe, Cognizant, Infosys, Tata, Wipro, HCL, and Capgemini. No new green-card filings. No pending ones either. Vance stood up and said no company abused the system more than Microsoft. Fines, suspensions, investigations. That is action. It is a temporary measure though. Subjective. A blue house can pull their funding. An executive order depends on who the POTUS is. Congress has held hearings. Congress has written bills. Congress has put names on press releases. A bill is not a law. Schoolhouse Rock laid that out in a song most of us can still hum. The scroll does not become law because a senator is angry on television. It becomes law when both chambers pass the same text and it gets signed. That has not happened. The cap is still the cap. The body-shop model is still legal until someone rewrites it. They have not rewritten it. The courts do not write the visa statute either. They can block a fee, slow a rule, or send a case back. They cannot decide that American graduates get the seat. That decision sits with the people who will not take the vote. So when someone tells you the Senate is "working on H-1B," ask for the public law number. If they do not have one, they have a draft and a donor lunch while assuring their Chamber of Commerce and ITServe Alliance lobby its all talk and no action. The executive branch moved because the legislative branch would not. Temporary rules can be undone by the next administration. A statute is harder to wipe. They know that. That is why the bill stays a bill.

@brivael 84% of the USA want voter ID to keep illegals from voting and our politicians refuse. It's a common thread.

@DixieBearFren @Trustintrump47 Good thing he's the only one. Right?

@crazy4cotus @skumWgmi Oh interesting.

@SenRickScott Okay. What are you going to do different in the next two years? Do you have a bill?

@soyyojackreyna @skumWgmi You live by the shore?

@Michael95542985 The RINO legislature in Florida is owned by - tourism/ gaming casinos - big agriculture - builders/real estate - healthcare They give zero Fs about the citizens of the state.

**CHIEF’S BELIEVE IT OR NOT** **Corruption Watch** Believe it or not… A story about corruption that happened not all that long ago. A story that needs to be repeated so folks understand what the folks they voted for are capable of doing. Members of Congress turned the House Post Office into an ATM without having to pay it back. You think that is a joke or a metaphor.... nope. Stamps. The House ran its own little post office in the Capitol complex. Members got official postage money. The postmaster, Robert Rota, later admitted the real product on offer. A lawmaker walked in with a voucher that said “stamps.” Rota handed back cash. Sometimes they took the stamps, walked them back, and cashed those too. Here is how the scam worked: Members got official postage money so they could mail constituents. They turned that postage into cash. Two scams they developed to cash those out: 1- Walk in with a voucher that said the office was buying stamps. The postmaster handed over cash instead. 2-Actually take the stamps, then bring the stamps back and cash them. Rostenkowski, according to the indictment, told the postmaster how much cash he wanted and handled the vouchers himself. Prosecutors said at least $50,000 came out of that window that way. So the public paid for constituent mail. Some of that postage never became mail. It became pocket money. Dan Rostenkowski was Ways and Means chairman. Prosecutors said he personally told the postmaster how much cash he wanted and handled the vouchers himself. The indictment said at least $50,000 came out of that stamp window. Rota pleaded guilty and said he had been helping members pull this off for years. Rostenkowski later pleaded guilty to mail fraud, did 17 months, and was pardoned in 2000. The clerk who kept the stamp drawer had so much loose cash in the office that investigators found tens of thousands of dollars on hand when the rules said they should have been keeping about $100. A stamp clerk stole money and fled to Puerto Rico. That is how the whole thing started to unwind. Leadership tried to sit on it. Then it leaked. Rostenkowski is the name people remember because he was Ways and Means chairman and later pleaded guilty. They wanted us to believe that - they always try to set up one member then pay them off to take the fall for everyone. House Postmaster Robert Rota pleaded guilty and said he had been converting stamps and vouchers to cash for members for years. They cut it short to protect themselves. Court papers identified two lawmakers as Congressman A and Congressman B. That was Rostenkowski and Rep. Joe Kolter of Pennsylvania. Kolter was later convicted too. Underneath that, the post office itself was a mess. Stamp clerks embezzled. One stole money and fled to Puerto Rico. When you have the goods on Reps ripping off the public you are emboldened to take some too. That theft is what cracked the door. Investigators then found loose cash far above what postal rules allowed, almost no real controls, and a postmaster whose job included doing favors for members. Yep... a discrepancy let to a whistleblower, led to an investigation led to a plea bargain let to one of the larger scandals in our modern times. Fact is, it was millions distributed across both parties with a government body investigating itself. Leadership tried to keep the inquiry narrow. You or I would have been not only fired but facing criminal charges for the amount of money we are discussing here. Democrats on the House Administration Committee issued a “matter closed” report. Republicans put out a weak dissent- it was obvious they wanted to look tough while protecting their own members. The thing only blew open after Rota flipped. Believe it or not, that happened. The uplifting part is that it did come out. A chairman of Ways and Means went to prison over postage. The country is allowed to remember that this was not a clerical error. It was a cash machine with a federal seal on the door. @ChiefEngineerCE

@Done_n_Dustedd @qyuw15 I have recently learned that the educational credentials of one are likely identical in reality to the actual academic credentials of the other. One just paid for a PDF printout to appear legitimate. moneylife.in/article/indias…

On a humid summer morning, two young men crossed a border. Both sought opportunity. Both dreamed of a better life. One crossed from India into the United States. He was greeted with visas, work permits, diversity programs, and endless talk of the “American Dream.” Politicians, activists, and corporations insisted he was the future of America, that his presence made the country stronger, that questioning his right to be there was “intolerant.” The other crossed from Bangladesh into India. He was met with barbed wire, detention camps, mass deportations, and politicians declaring he was a threat to jobs, culture, and national security. Indian leaders said their borders must be protected, their workers defended, their resources reserved for their own people. Same dream. Same reason for crossing. Two very different standards. India lectures America about compassion while preaching nationalism at home. They demand open doors from us, yet slam them shut on their neighbors. If the Indian Dream for Bangladesh is prison camps and exclusion, why should the American Dream for India be limitless opportunity?

@Done_n_Dustedd @qyuw15 You admit India is making it difficult for Bangleshi to get employment in their country? Why is that? At least 700,000 should be allowed to enter - 120,000 per year with three year extensions. Who would argue with allowing them to experience the Indian dream?

@MidasTouchez @skumWgmi You realize your asking me for a website after I checked 40+ is why you are paying too much for insurance right? ... Just because I got a good rate with them doesn't mean you will. You have to check around.

I shot it out to about 40 different companies for a quote. There are so many insurance companies yet people only think there's a handful. The range was 2,600 to 21,000 per year. My neighbor learned from me - he supposedly had the cheapest state funded insurance he could get and was told this by the state. Then after talking to me and checking for himself halved that rate. Insurance is something you should check every year or so- I now have AI constantly checking. You should too.

@skumWgmi Pro Tip- Home insurance can vary as much as 600% shop it. My 16,000 rate per year dropped to 2600 when Lloyd's of London shot us a quote saving us 13,400.00

@MidasTouchez @skumWgmi Yes they have a website.

@Dawnbabyrn1 That was the plan.

What it used to be like to have an after-school job in America. You got off the bus, changed clothes, and headed to work. Grocery store, gas station, fast food, landscaping, warehouse, or factory floor. Sixteen, seventeen years old, and you were expected to show up on time, work hard, and learn how the real world operated. You learned to deal with customers, manage inventory, fix equipment, handle money, and take direction from a boss who didn’t care that you had homework. You came home tired with cash in your pocket, a sense of pride, and a little more understanding of what it takes to make a living. Those jobs taught responsibility, work ethic, and basic skills that carried into adulthood. They were how generations of Americans learned the value of a dollar and the dignity of honest work. Today those same entry-level positions are often filled by adults on guest worker programs or illegal labor willing to work for less. The after-school job that used to build character and savings has been turned into something many American kids no longer even compete for. We did not run out of teenagers willing to work. We ran out of employers willing to pay American wages and train American kids. The system that gave millions of young Americans their first taste of independence and responsibility has been hollowed out. And we wonder why so many never learn the habits that lead to success. What was your first after-school job and what did it teach you that school never could?

@spencerpratt It's coordinated up to the point where the current government is swept aside. Then the real battle begins between the Marxists and the Caliphate. Are their European neighbors ready to accept millions of French speaking natives fleeing their homeland?

@mymomcare RINO do RINO things.

@NoLastn24655197 @kelly57699 Yep

@LauraLoomer 8 days. Should have been 8 hours right?
