🚨OpenAI finally explains why ChatGPT limits were disappearing so quickly Tibo says a bug affected roughly 40,000 accounts, causing users to hit usage caps that didn’t match the plans they were paying for. OpenAI says impacted users will receive credits to compensate for the issue. It’s frustrating when your limits run out faster than expected, especially on a paid plan. At least OpenAI has identified the cause and is acknowledging the problem instead of leaving users guessing. Did you notice your usage draining unusually fast?

🚨 OpenAI traced ChatGPT’s unusually fast usage drain to a bug affecting ~40,000 accounts, applying limits that didn’t match users’ plans. Affected users will receive credits. At least OpenAI is owning the issue.

🚨 A strange discovery has sparked new speculation about GPT-6.5! The website opensi.lol contains a hidden “6.5” in its source code, alongside a countdown pointing to November 1 at 10 AM San Francisco time. The timing is what makes this interesting: it lines up perfectly with Day 28 of Tibo’s 28-day countdown. Is someone teasing an upcoming OpenAI announcement, or are we being played?

🚨 OpenAI Terra Family Could Be Making a Comeback • A new Terra model is in development, with a possible launch in the coming weeks. • It could offer stronger capabilities at a lower price than GPT-6.1 Sol. OpenAI already moved away from Terra, so why bring the family back now?

🚨 OpenAI’s Usage Limits Are Getting WORSE. Tibo announced a global reset for paid ChatGPT users yesterday. Since then, people have been reporting unusually fast usage depletion. I tested it myself: 2 questions cost me 58% of my 5-hour limit. Usage was already a problem. Now it feels even worse.

🚨OpenAI’s usage limits appear unexpectedly high. Two questions consumed 52% of my five-hour limit after Tibo’s global reset. What’s causing this?

🚨Do people at OpenAI actually use Codex? It's been barely usable for months. Every week, usage limits change, random blackouts happen, and you're left guessing how many tokens you'll get. There's barely one model worth using, yet we're expected to pay and just deal with it. Before last night's reset, I got 90 minutes of GPT-6.1 Sol Max on Plus. Today, just 35 minutes for an even smaller task. I shouldn't need to follow someone on X to know when I can use a product I've paid for. This is a nearly trillion-dollar company. Seriously?

🚨 Tibo from OpenAI became the most popular account on X in September, surpassing Elon Musk, according to Similarweb. Frequent Codex resets, banked usage, and OpenAI’s DevDay communications are drawing serious attention. AI is becoming a mainstream topic, and free resets show just how valuable AI tokens have become. Congrats to Tibo on the execution.

🚨 Are ALL 3 of OpenAI’s new ChatGPT models built for image generation? - "aurora-blue-alpha" - "aurora-green-alpha" - "aurora-red-alpha" All three are reportedly being tested on Arena right now. Is OpenAI preparing a new image-generation lineup?

🚨Frequent resets are a HUGE win for Plus users. I’m on Plus, and with resets happening so often, I can burn through my limits in two days and just wait for the next one. So far, I’ve lost 0% of my usage to resets. Honestly, I’ve gotten more out of Plus this way than I would in a full month without them. The delays barely matter anymore. 😭

🚨 Buckle up. The next few weeks are going to be wild Expected drops >Fable 5.5 >GPT-6.1 Astra >Grok 4.8 And China has been unusually quiet . That's about to change. The competition is heating up, and Opus 5.5 may finally face serious challengers. Can OpenAI reclaim the #1 spot with GPT-6.1 Astra?

🚨 Codex usage limits are draining WAY faster than before. I’m on Plus, and both my weekly quota and 5-hour limit are disappearing ridiculously fast. Luna Max used to last much longer, and although Sol 6.1 consumed more at launch, things have gotten noticeably worse since the “28 days of nothing” began. Even switching back to Luna Max hasn’t helped, despite my workflow staying the same. Is anyone else seeing their Codex limits disappear this quickly?

🚨 ChatGPT Pro is getting a serious upgrade! GPT-6 Astra Pro is moving closer to a future where multiple AI agents collaborate directly inside ChatGPT. Less time spent waiting, more complex work handled efficiently, and a much more seamless experience.

🚨 Codex users are celebrating resets more than actual improvements 💀 OpenAI is struggling to keep pace with Anthropic and Google while Codex users track their next usage refill like a major event. The 28-day promise of daily improvements or full resets has only made those resets a bigger talking point. If getting your limits back is more exciting than using the product, doesn’t that say something about Codex’s current state?

@Saas_addy Damn it 😭

🚨 ChatGPT Plus and Pro users just got a big win! The cap on creating Sites has reportedly been lifted. For anyone constantly building prototypes, dashboards, mini apps, and Three.js experiments, this means more freedom to ship projects without worrying about hitting a site limit. One less restriction between an idea and a finished project.

🚨 Day 11: OpenAI is tackling Codex’s model capacity errors "Tibo" says new changes and additional compute should significantly reduce “Selected model is at capacity” interruptions. If the error still appears, Codex should eventually resume automatically instead of leaving users stuck. Capacity errors are getting attention. Now it’s time to fix context compaction taking forever.

Day 11/ We've landed a series of changes and more compute to very significantly decrease the occurrence of the disruptive "Selected model is at capacity. Please try a different model". When it does happen, it should also eventually just continue by itself and not just block on

🚨 Tibo’s “significantly more usage” promise might have backfired Same models, same workload, but my Codex limits are draining almost twice as fast since today’s reset. “More usage” apparently means more usage consumed lmao. Anyone else seeing this, or am I part of an early rollout?

🚨 Is OpenAI losing control of the Codex situation? Users are fed up with usage limits and ongoing issues. Tibo keeps sharing updates, but what’s happening behind the scenes? Is OpenAI scrambling to fix Codex or preparing a new model to challenge Opus? What’s OpenAI prioritizing right now?
