And a look at how it handles in game with both ammo types. Very late game missable weapon or unlockable bonus item, not sure, but this is the typa shit I’m on either way Once I get playtesting started again I’ll finish it up and add it in!

@SyphoticART Also might be a good idea to bake outlines into texture work since this algorithm produces uneven results where it leaves out a lot of edges without any outlines where you would normally expect them to be.

@SyphoticART It's probably a settings issue but the outlines are messy and they eat away the edges and details of each model. On the other hand it could work. You could go full borderlands with the style:

@SyphoticART It adds some contrast alright, I think what feels off to me is the high density of detail against the plain terrain texture, which I assume is a placeholder anyway. Although It would also look good texturless with this style.

@yeo_sage @headwaregames Love tank controls but only with the keyboard. Using them with a controller is torture and I understand why they went out of fashion. It could work if the stick was only used for rotation while forward and backwards would be mapped to separate buttons.

@CasperCroes I think I'm in the minority here but for me the arrow keys for movement and the left side of keyboard for the core actions. S is perfect for aiming, D for interactions and attack. Avoid using ctrl and alt keys as they are awkward with this layout.
