Question. If I’m sitting in the front “driver side” of a Tesla Cybercab, blackout drunk, it’s not considered a DUI if I get pulled over. But if I do the same in my Model Y, assuming it’s running the same self driving software, is it a DUI only because the car has a steering wheel and pedals?

@DarthBuzzard @Dilmerv Depends on ambient light, but almost no transparency when it’s set to be opaque. (It’s adjustable, depending how much of the real world you want to see.) There’s also a light blocker cover if you want zero transparency even in a bright environment.
