IREN’s AGM closes 23 November. I’m voting against say-on-pay and against Guzowski’s re-election, and for the buybacks. My reasons, and one detail on the ballot that will void your vote if you miss it 👇

$IREN: I voted at the IREN 2026 AGM. Here is why I went AGAINST the director and the CEO pay package. The two Co-CEOs were each granted 9.1 million RSUs on July 1, 2026. About 18 million new shares for two people. Meanwhile shareholders keep getting diluted through convertible

$11B market cap at $4B ARR, mostly fixed debt, mostly investment grade backed contracts, increasingly better industry economics. I’ve lost almost all of my faith in $IREN management, but fuck cmon man this shit can turn around overnight if management and IR improves.

Best thing you can do as an $IREN shareholder is ignore the opinions of bulls on here. Management has changed their guidance and strategy so many times this year the bulls are also in the blind. If you want to make money off $IREN start a subscription service to talk about $IREN

@wiseyang11 Seem so obvious, but the 3 problems I keep hearing is a discount is being applied b/c of mgmt, no clear revenue guidance for incremental CapEx, and no clear guidance on funding sources. The last 2 are also due to mgmt imo. Hope now is demand is too large for mgmt to even mess up.

IREN is priced as a company that grows by issuing equity. The funding arithmetic Dan Roberts worked through out loud in the Macquarie Q&A is the most insightful thing I have learned about this business in 36 months. GPUs are about two thirds of the cost of a megawatt. 90% of that is now debt financed at 9% fixed, with no investment grade tenant behind it. Customers prepay half again. So close to 90% of a megawatt, building included, is funded before IREN pledges a single asset. Every data centre it owns is still unencumbered. My assessment of this business has shifted. It is more constructive than it was. None of that changes my position on the board. Capital discipline of this order deserves a compensation framework that matches it, and the unconditional RSU grant still does not.

Maybe the -13% post earnings will motivate them to monetize?

All $IREN had to do was monetize capacity, talk about smoking a lay up. Every day that CEO pay package pisses me off more and more, he’s treating the company like a lottery ticket. You can’t keep telling the market you’re in discussions quarter after quarter, it holds no weight.

All I heard from management is they’re in no rush to monetize and will sit on capacity, because why not. CapEx guidance with no revenue guidance, what are we even doing anymore. $IREN

Hey @danroberts0101, Now Horizon 1 is online, can we revisit the actual IT load for Horizon 1-4 with the initial GB300 deployment? Analysts are using 200MW IT load as actual usage for the 76,032 GB300s, at $9.7m/MW. But the reality is that with ~132kW across 1,056 racks, even rounded up with ancillary components, such as networking and storage — there's no more than 150MW IT draw over 12 data halls and 2 network core buildings. With only 150MW IT load bring drawn — regardless of the stated contractual amount, which includes the VR200 substitution clause — the real MW value of the initial deployment is $12.93m/MW. Maybe it would be a good idea to clear this up, so sell-side analysts who have no GPU count from $IREN's peers, can better place the $MSFT contract into the right context. Much appreciated 👊

@FransBakker9812 Hey @FransBakker9812, 1. Horizon 1 supports rack densities of up to 200 kW, though initial deployment is expected to utilise GB300s at ~132 kW per rack - at least until next-generation chips become available. 2. Gross load is expected to be below 75 MW for a 50 MW IT load. We
