Does anyone know if adding a Matterport 3D virtual walk through of a property would increase STR revenue? Matterport says that it increases revenue by 14%.
@isaacfrench_ Did you install a Tesla charger or the more universal J1772 connector type? A Tesla would need an adapter to use J1772. I’ve wondered if Tesla drivers would bring their own adapter.
@SlickTalkPod @rohindhar @markjenney I sent the letter to our insurance and spoke to the lawyer they assigned. He is getting in touch with the law office to get more info.
@rohindhar @markjenney We own short term rentals in Gatlinburg and recently received a notice in the mail that someone injured themselves more than two months ago at our property and that we are being served with a possible lawsuit. Has this happened to anyone else?

@derek_wilson_01 @rohindhar @markjenney No, never heard from this guest at all. I even messaged them twice throughout the stay to ask if everything was ok and they never replied. The name on the letter is not even the person who booked the property through VRBO.
@EdelkopfYossi @rohindhar @markjenney Yes we do. The booking was done through VRBO but the guest never filed anything with them. VRBO says they can’t do anything since there was nothing filed with them.
