Further update: The SB 615 “fact sheet” that @CityAttorneySD and @MaraWElliott prepared for @SenBenHueso and disclosed to SDOG after we sued made no mention of changes to CPRA’s rule about recovering attorney fees. That change is conspicuous by its absence.
