I could not imagine being productive without Claude Code Review. It runs on all of my PRs, and catches almost every bug before it goes it. This is a piece of the secret sauce that lets the team and I move so quickly while raising the quality bar
Code Review is now generally available for Claude Team and Enterprise plans. Reviews are now faster, catch more of the bugs that matter, and admins can pick from Quick, Standard, or Deep review levels for each repo.

There’s a mode of programming (the “trust” mode) where we hope that if we just check every syscall (or function error) our system should work… But, in reality, I find the “trust and verify” mode to be the only way to build systems that work. The only way to know that components are working is to verify them, online and end to end, with code to repair them. We learned this in networking (retries, acks) but the same is true for storage, clocks and processes.

We've always called it software engineering, but we've actually been builder...gineers. In civil engineering, aerospace, or architecture, the people who do the engineering and the people who do the building are obviously different. But in software, we collapsed them into the same role. With agents, we're finally separating the jobs. We're going to specify and encode more upfront, add more guardrails, and design architectures that bias agents toward success. In many ways, we're finally starting to look like actual engineers.
