He doesn't correct her and their clothes aren't matching. She dresses very differently from him and has agency. So many people are viewing this through the media lens which has sensationalized this case to the nth degree. I don't know whether he's guilty or innocent but I think that you're reading things into this. I am not defending his former bad behaviour, just sick of cancel culture.

Most victims find reporting incredibly difficult but it's the whole media circus around this not giving him a fair trial. And that the journalist was looking for women to interview and rejected at least one woman who was treated well by him. And some of his behaviour was pretty bad so it's difficult to say what really happened.

@chrisgailus I believe that jails should be better and more like Norway's but this judge not sentencing them according to existing laws is doing a disservice to all Canadians. This will mean even more violent crime and send a message that crimes are barely prosecuted in Canada.

You are spreading misinformation. Synthetic Folic Acid is not B9 and because it’s a synthetic compound humans struggle to metabolise it. It builds up in the body increasing cancer risks as well as reducing the bodies ability to metabolise natural folate which is needed by the body. Your article once again shows who controls you I recall you also stated incorrectly that the Covid gene therapies were ‘safe and effective’.
Again, I said innocent or guilty, I don't know. Certainly he behaved very badly at times. It's the media circus that I don't agree with. If his behaviour was an 'open secret' years ago why wasn't it called out at the time as it should have been? I am in no way defending his behaviour, only that he doesn't seem to me as someone who would strike a woman. Anyone behaving like him now on set or in studios, etc. should be called out at the time by observers, not years later. I hope we at least learn that from this case.
Not sure. A lot of people became very disillusioned with the left during covid. We saw how they ignored civil liberties with the endless restrictions, mandates and vaccine passports. I moved from the left myself although remain fairly politically homeless. Perhaps he did the same. The Christianity part I don't get but as he was a former addict he may have been drawn to deeper spirituality. Again not defending his bad behaviour, just disagree with the media onslaught. If you look at Wikipedia it says he became active in social and political issues in 2009 and in 2014 he launched his Trews podcast.
Do you have a source for that? Because it makes no sense. That there were women willing to come forward anonymously for the documentary but not press charges but police found other women? In no way am I defending his awful behaviour, I just see that it looks politically motivated by screaming headlines calling him 'ruthless and calculating' and with a 'maniacal grin' and at least one tabloid presenting rape as fact, not alleged. No one innocent or guilty can have a fair trial like this.

Cynically planning to be a 'conspiracy theorist' in order to use it as a defence years down the road is completely illogical. He's a very eloquent person and it's understandable that he would question covid tyranny, etc. and he has written books before that and done podcasts as well like The Trews for example.
