Hi there, So far we have no evidence of tampered Trezor devices or Trezor wallets drained from Trezors bought from our official resellers. We are still researching, and we are going to tighten security checks on our resellers. If you have any concerns, please reach out to Support: trezor.io/support

@vincebigwins @KO_Kryptowaluty Hi, Amazon ships those orders and handles the customer data. The reports Trezor gets from Amazon only serve accounting purposes and contain nothing sensitive.

Following recent supply-chain incidents, we decided to reduce the number of resellers so we can more effectively check those we work with. Let us be very clear: there is not a single piece of evidence that Trezor devices have been compromised. This is a preventive step, taken out of an abundance of caution. We also want to thank everyone involved for the cooperation, and for the years of work putting Trezor in people’s hands.

To the resellers who helped build Trezor: thank you, and I’m sorry 💔

Sorry. That’s normal for Model T. The box has no seal on purpose because it's easy to open and reseal. The holographic sticker sits over the USB-C port to protect the device itself, which matters more. The device also ships without firmware, so if Suite detects firmware already installed, don’t use it. There are also additional security checks to complete during setup. Full check here: trezor.io/guides/trezor-…

@JDUBYA13148 @auntiepaca Hi, not keeping all your eggs in one basket always makes sense. Just keep the setup rather simple, because overly complex setups are often what goes wrong. A couple of wallets with well stored backups is plenty for most people. For large amounts, multisig is worth a look.

Hi, with Model One, authenticity comes down to the two holographic seals on the box and no firmware out of the box. The bootloader also checks the firmware signature every time you connect, and Suite flags anything unofficial. But since you bought it many years ago and if you bought from an official source, you should be fine. More here: trezor.io/guides/trezor-…

Getting my hot wallets drained back in 2025 was an expensive lesson. $60k worth of NFTs and coins gone after one malware download through social engineering. I can't undo that, but I've changed how I look after my cryptos. Moving funds to a hardware wallet regularly is now part

Hi there, Unfortunately, we cannot tell with 100% certainty without opening the device. Our physical countermeasures are designed to increase the difficulty and cost of tampering: the device bodies require specialised tools to open, and the limited internal space makes it more difficult to fit additional components. The protections vary by design. You can also check that the packaging and holographic seal are intact and look for unusual marks on the device, but these checks alone cannot guarantee that it has not been modified. So far, we have no evidence of tampered Trezor devices or wallets drained from Trezors bought from our official resellers. We are continuing to investigate and are tightening security checks on our resellers. If you have any concerns, please reach out to Support.

@Trezor Today I received the wallet from the Jumper campaign... is the hologram on the device the only security feature? The packaging was completely open and unsecured.
