We've updated our temporary shim to allow all songs, music videos, and other assets to correctly play as previously it were only a few per Apple's strange limitations.
Hotfix being deployed.
A minor 4.0.30.1 update is being released to fix an issue with certain Windows clients being unable to play music because of a licensing issue on Microsoft/Google's side as they can't seem to ever have working services. Should be out in the next hour.

@lvnaramethyst This is typically related to an expired system runtime. You may need to update WebView2 or update Cider itself from Taproom.
Cider 4.0.30 is now available! There are WAY too many changes for us to try and put into a xeet so you can find the whole changelog in the app itself and on our website shortly. Enjoy!
@MixiOwO Cider does not support 'lossless' audio per say, but we do support a ton of audio effects to make it sound the same if not better entirely up to your own preferences. Have at it, we add more every week.
Apple Music has never been so fast. Now powered by our very own Cerium playback engine.
@h3nryXYZ It's a real track, the filter is just noisy as it's a work in progress.
The out of box experience has been improved, and now is far more welcoming and unique!
Surprise, there's more. Speed, Pitch, and Reverb control arriving in 4.0.30
Apple Music servers are having intermittent breakdowns - you might get signed out of Cider and C4A :(
@dagadtwok Can definitely assure that was fixed, we've been sweeping every floor since then. 4.0.30 is due extremely soon as well to pick up even more slack.
You could be using another music app, or you could be using Cider. Two choices, one correct answer. cider.sh
We spent all night tightening knobs and twisting gears and lubing up every part of Cider to make it feel as fast as humanly possible. You'll feel the difference immediately, so if you're returning, or brand new to Cider. You'll love what we've done with the place.
@dagadtwok Are you on 4.0.29.x? This is quite an outdated thing.
@dagadtwok I'd love to hear about these supposed issues if they even exist.
@yrdjdkf We usually have a massive backlog that makes it into certain releases based on developmental pacing.
