i made this small macOS app to see context per project it shows - instruction files - skills and plugins in load order - duplicate or conflicting rules - suggestions for improvements using local models built with swift. i recommend doing something similar 🫡

@htmleverything @droid @_qudo they are 100% next level. the biggest selling point for me on droid was being able to combo just about any major model (try it on $20 plan) @_qudo went full codex maxi for now tho
