yes, I've definitely heard about niching down. I'm trying to finding my footing as im building. Working on consistency and identifying my customer and always trying to better define and articulate the problem im trying to solve. Thanks for sharing that anecdote and congrats on your prior success!

Agreed - definitely need to put in the hard work early on. I see too many people trying to rely on AI and not putting the value add into the work. Some of the things that I've found to help find communities to add value are searching reddit, X, and LinkedIn. In years past there was Quora but im not sure if its as popular these days.
