Cut Ghostfolio’s watchlist endpoint response from 19.87s to 1.12s just by deleting an unnecessary index 🤯 Thanks for the inspiration, @DanielLockyer. github.com/ghostfolio/gho…

@tomastrajan More often than I’d like, I get stuck in a loop where it changes something, then reverts it again 🤪

recently I find myself doing at least 3- 5 rounds of review of complex changes authored (and reviewed) by SOL 5.6 high /xhigh and what is (mildly) frustrating is that it tends to find actionable fixes and improvements, specially when starting with fresh ctx in a new thread i hope such things get absorbed into harnesses to produce better quality out of the box i guess I could encode this as a skill to spawn independent reviews after each change but still, there seems to be potential for additional value that could have been delivered out of the box ...

This is a weird time to be a software developer. On one hand, we have these amazing magic boxes that spit out code when we ask nicely. On the other hand, nobody knows what works, for how long it works, or the best ways to produce good, quality software anymore. For the last couple of decades, every professional software developer operated under a set of principles and patterns that worked. If you knew those, you were good. But now everything has changed, and every single developer I know is flying by the seat of their pants.
