@rrevolution909 Justice to me was always a group that felt like "this is where Daft Punk's sound would evolve to if they doubled down on Homework" and that's perfectly okay, they are awesome

@majidmanzarpour @KenneyNL "AI slop," to me, is when someone uses AI to produce something without meaningfully evaluating, refining, or taking responsibility for the result. I don't see it as any different from the mindset behind shovelware games, carelessly executed game ports, or lazy asset flips.

@SixZzshOtRipZz Max's take was regarding Marvel Tokon on PC, but even if you can brute force performance out of your PC games, some PC ports themselves can be bad experiences regardless of the hardware you have (like specific DRM, frame pacing, traversal/shader compilation stutter, etc)

@TokuBLWhovian @BlazeBinges I think they missed a big opportunity given that the Thunderzords the team got in S2 should have justified the Dairanger suit upgrades, but I get Saban trying to protect the brand recognition it created with MMPR before figuring out upgrading the suits could be part of the appeal

🚨 Progress Update - I’m stepping away from modifying the original PC exe for MVP 2005. The work I'd been doing keeps dragging me back into XP/D3D8-era tooling and native capture requirements that's hard to support through 2026 tech. Emulating MVP is fine, but FFS I had hope...

@therealgatsbii Tell the art team to: - Move the numbers up on uniforms with no names on the back - Proper jersey models for sleeveless/throwbacks - One more art pass on the uniforms/stadiums

@FreshGamesNever I’m gonna need to summon an army of folks with a Claude 20x sub for this if it’s worthwhile. My ambitions with a decomp would be far more in depth than “get it running” as someone who has modded the PC version extensively mind you

@FreshGamesNever I’ve considered doing an XBOX decomp with Codex/Claude and making it the new native PC port, but a part of me feels like emulation works well as is, and it would be a better use of resources to try and build something new, something fresh that’s my own thing vs a mod

@TWomenGamiz Build 19A5 is where I froze my work: No SafeDisc 60FPS Native code improvements No DirectSound, replaced with SDL Audio I could probably release that as a patch to the stock executable.

@ApacaveliThaDon Hardball 5 is a Windows 9x era classic. Real players, fake team logos, full stats and seasons, historic teams, and Al Michaels hollerin' at you from the computer!
