I'll tell you even more. Even in a project I run solo while using Amp, I briefly switched to no PRs, and after a couple of days, I went back to PRs. The reason: my process got slower. CI e2e tests ran slower in my Orbs, and I was also consuming my Orbs usage more quickly because CI was running in the Orbs.

No, but really. You say "don't use PRs, Orbs solve what PRs provide". So you're selling Orbs. And from what I get in the way you folks describe it, the entire team has to be in Orbs and Amp to share the benefits of PRs. What do you recommend to a team that has the freedom of each individual to choose the AI tooling they prefer? Or am I getting that wrong?
