Neo4j’s legal maneuvers are an attempt to emasculate the AGPL in the courts by pushing for additional restrictions that contradict the license's core principles. Kudos to the @fsf for stepping in here on behalf of the license and in @jmsuhy's defense:

The Free Software Foundation just submitted an amicus brief in the Neo4j case, exposing @neo4j’s behavior against the open-source community.
