我曾经重度用过3个月。倒不是因为问答式的过程。它的 spec 设计得过度了，输出的文档得太详细，甚至还没开始实施之前就把所有具体到行的代码全都写进 spec 了，最后模型实施的时候又去完整读一遍 spec 然后去 codebase 中核实。这个过程耗时、耗Token、耗上下文，但实际收益在当下的模型能力来看微乎其微。 SuperPowers 解决不了 Vibe Coding “屎山”代码的问题，只是在给这个过程一个所谓的“规范流程”，但它的这个流程太重，对垃圾模型提升可能明显，对前沿模型来说就是鸡肋。可能是因为作者本人的编码偏好，他甚至一直都反对加入“简单”模式，直到最近的版本才因为呼声太高而妥协。
