@Michael04544729 Слушать себя, слушать природу и слышать свою природу внутри себя. Я тоже фанат рыбалки;

@Smart_Blonde74 This includes an outflow of high-quality human capital. I am referring to people smart people who cannot afford these prices, yet are valuable in their own right. California and the Big Apple are losing them;

@Smart_Blonde74 You are a union without the USA; California and New York are states, not a country;

My congratulations USA on forming the most independent and strongest opinion on the entire planet;

@RealProductGirl For the greater good, Samantha;

@RealProductGirl What has happened to your health, my dear? What upset him, and what is going on? I wish you health both physical and mental from head to toe. Stay strong, and may all ailments pass you by;

@neurodocente I see you really love sports;

@neurodocente So, you love football; going to the stadium creates a powerful synergy you energize the players, and they energize you;

@RedeeConscious Delayed gratification is a form of self-control; I would say that one’s entire life and one’s well-being is built upon the ability to control oneself;

Delay Gratification or Stay Poor: Lessons from Intertemporal Choice Imagine spending your last money on gadgets and luxury trips instead of investing in yourself, your business, or assets. Many people do exactly that and then wonder why they’re stuck in the same place. This is the classic intertemporal choice dilemma. Psychologists from the University of Bonn (Germany), together with researchers from 77 countries, have launched one of the largest studies on this topic the TRICC project. They plan to survey around 15,000 people to understand how we choose between “now” and “later.” Why This Matters for Business and Investing The study focuses on monetary decisions because money is easy to compare: $100 today or $150 in a year. This directly relates to investing: - Short-term spending gives a quick dopamine hit but destroys capital. - Long-term investments (stocks, ETFs, crypto, business) create the power of compound interest. Warren Buffett, Ray Dalio, and Charlie Munger built their fortunes on exactly this principle. $10,000 invested at 10% annually turns into roughly $174,000 after 30 years. “There are no universally right or wrong decisions,” say study coordinators Dr. Kristof Keidel and Prof. Dr. Ulrich Ettinger. In unstable conditions, choosing the smaller reward today can be rational. But in stable environments, delayed gratification creates real freedom. Similar insights came from the famous Stanford Marshmallow Test by Walter Mischel and the work of Nobel laureates Daniel Kahneman and Richard Thaler in behavioral economics. Practice Instead of Spending - Replace daily small purchases with investments in skills and health. - “Your own home” and a premium car often become liabilities, not assets. - One luxury vacation could become seed capital for your business. Automate your savings and investments this is the best way to overcome mood and impulses. The Bottom Line This behavioral pattern is ancient and known as sacrifice: giving up something now for greater success later. It’s not just psychological it’s a transcendent, religious-mythical concept that works exceptionally well in business models. Those who consistently choose “more later” build real wealth. That 10% rule? It’s not just advice it’s the minimum price of admission to a better financial life. Start today. Even if it’s small. The compound effect doesn’t care about the size of your beginning it cares about consistency. What do you think ready to make that transfer this month?

@mariyav4leva And the smartest ones stop arguing with those who want to challenge their opinion. Let alone trying to prove they are right;

@pkjhgldsa37475 There is so much beauty in things we don't even notice. It is all due to our inattention. It is worth making a mental note of this;

@RiddleSphere This is not a short period, and during it, one can gain valuable experience and internalize it;

@drgurner If you want it badly enough, you can fly off into space;

@LAWOFATTRACTlON This is if we consider everything that happens as mistakes, rather than as planned circumstances that clearly and consistently shape and develop the picture of the world a universal intricate web;

@Winforge_ Thank you, I was happy to share wishing you financial well-being;

@Winforge_ However, the midterm congressional elections and subsequently the presidential election will reveal how this plays out today, in the 21st century;

Right now this is a sociological poll, primarily for Americans and those living in the USA, but everyone can participate: I'm curious what you think: do WASP communities (White Anglo-Saxon Protestant) still have significant influence in political and social life, or have the ruling elites shifted their focus more toward the Catholic mass electorate? No one will argue that America was formed by communities fleeing European church pressure, and this is even enshrined in the U.S. Constitution the paragraph on freedom of conscience. But it was precisely Protestantism (the Reformation church) that became the unofficial religion of the United States. It shaped the ruling parties and the country’s system of government. The American Dream literally breathes Protestant ethics.However, today’s elites are seeking support from new political forces. The Supreme Court (traditionally a Catholic body in American history currently 6 out of 9 justices are Catholic). New voters, including Europeans and Mexicans, who are conventionally Catholic. Plus rapprochement with the Papacy itself. And also the unification of opposing parties in this dimension (Biden and, for example, John Kerry - both Catholic Democrats in high positions). From this one can clearly trace the principles guiding JD Vance’s politics, and that with a high degree of probability he will become the next President of the United States, and his policies will open a new chapter in the country’s history. Many representatives of the intellectual elites (for example, Peter Thiel and other conservative intellectuals) support him, including within the framework of Catholic theology and philosophy. So what do you think about this, participants of the poll? Leave your opinions in the comments;

@Misluu1 An interesting observation;
