off the top of my head i'd recommend you to: * shift left — whatever you're building, move verification as close to dev time as you can. get yourself precommit hooks and linters and type checkers and e2e tests, and anything that will find defects earlier on. @dillon_mulroy has a lovely little tool for typescript called anti-slop that's a great example of this. for some personal projects i just straight up adopted bazel so i can have better cross-language checks when there's a shared protocol. * try everything — goals, ralph loops, subagents, swarms, writing specs, make your own skills, borrow skills, use tools. Literally jump into pi's plugins and see what people are downloading the most and try it! I recently tried /goal (ik ik its not a new thing) and I kind of hate it unless i have a super specific checklist of repetitive things to do. The only plugin I use regularly with pi is @plannotator! * and stack your tokens — for whatever you build and whatever you find works for you, make it a part of how you build so that your next agent session leverages the last ones. so make your own skills, and tools, and pi-plugins. learning this mantra from @acoyfellow i think these are the principles behind how i'm approaching this. super influenced by the folks at cloudflare too, its been humblind and inspiring to see them ship! 🙂‍↕️

when working with cloudflare typescript projects, more and more i'm finding this pattern very useful: ./packages/model ./packages/api ./packages/vendored-pkg ./packages/* ./sites/app.leostera.dev ./sites/admin.leostera.dev while packages has regular js projects, maybe depending on cf/wrangler for dev environments/testing, its ./sites that actually has your cloudflare.config.ts for deploying it anyone else use a similar pattern?
