Claude Code, Codex e Cursor servem fluxos diferentes. Gosto de olhar menos para a ferramenta da moda e mais para o tipo de projeto: terminal, editor, contexto grande ou tarefa menor. A revisão técnica continua sendo sua.
Quando um time usa IA o dia inteiro, o custo aparece no acúmulo de contexto e nas chamadas repetidas. A assinatura mensal engana um pouco, porque o gasto cresce no uso real: agent lendo arquivo demais, tarefa mal dividida e automação sem medição.
IA entra muito bem para acelerar execução, mas o projeto ainda precisa de alguém cuidando das decisões que mantêm o sistema em pé. Para mim, é aí que a ferramenta fica útil: quando ela trabalha junto com engenharia.
Base técnica continua pesando. Quem entende HTTP, banco, deploy e arquitetura consegue olhar para o que a IA gerou e perceber se aquilo sustenta o projeto ou só parece bonito rodando no exemplo.
A IA ajuda muito a tirar um MVP do papel. Você consegue validar uma ideia em horas, montar uma primeira versão e enxergar o fluxo funcionando. Só que essa etapa inicial nunca foi a parte mais difícil de um sistema.

A melhor parte: Hermes é desenvolvido em Python, e além disso usa scripts Python para realizar tarefas que o usuário solicita. Na minha opinião, esse é o maior super poder do Hermes. Python + IA usados da forma mais produtiva possível! @NousResearch @HermesAgentTips @Teknium
Desde que comecei a usar Hermes @NousResearch, minha produtividade e qualidade nos projetos aumentou significativamente. Além de facilitar e auxiliar demais na minha rotina, automatizando todo o trabalho chato e repetitivo.
No final da sessão, o pipeline estava rodando do começo ao fim sem intervenção. Ele recebe o briefing de criativo, escolhe a abordagem certa (GPT pra imagem sem rosto, Gemini pra imagem com rosto), gera, redimensiona, publica no ClickUp e manda a mensagem no WhatsApp. Tudo sem eu estar na frente do computador.
Boa parte do tempo foi corrigindo decisões que o agente tomava sozinho e que não saíam como eu queria. Geração de imagem com proporção errada, escolha de modelo inadequada, mensagem no grupo com tom que não combinava com a PycodeBR. Cada erro virava instrução pro agente não repetir.
Passei ontem sete horas seguidas numa sessão com meu agente Hermes. O objetivo era refinar o pipeline de geração de conteúdo até ele funcionar de forma autônoma. Não foi um hackathon hype, foi iteração pura: ajuste de skill, correção de prompt, tentativa que falhou, ajuste, nova tentativa.
