Major move today by @JDVance -- The VP's pledge to protect Americans from fraud is the right message at what is indisputably the right time. The Trump Administration is exposing the astonishing scope of fraud in America and delivering accountability where it is long overdue. The truth is we all lose when taxpayers get fleeced, government benefits get stolen. and fraudsters go unpunished. Everyone should support this.

FACT: For five decades, Americans on American soil have shed blood and lost their lives at the hands of Iran and its terrorist proxies. Where the Obama and Biden Administrations appeased Tehran, paid them billions in bribes, and put them on a glide path to having nuclear weapons, President Trump has taken historic and concrete action to eliminate the nuclear threat, protect every inch of our homeland, and ensure Iran never threatens America or her allies ever again.

Very positive news. States should never have tried to weaponize antitrust law and Paramount’s vision of increased production and a transformed entertainment economy ought to be given the opportunity to succeed. wsj.com/business/media…

Crossing the border illegally is a federal crime via 8 USC 1325. 5 year statute of limitation for first time offense. Overstaying a visa is a civil offense. Being unlawfully present in the U.S. is a civil offense. But none of these semantics matter, because any of the above can result in ICE detention. There is no requirement under US law that an alien must have a criminal record before being detained by ICE. There never has been. ICE also does not need a judicial warrant to make arrests. (Unless they’re entering private property like a home). All they need is reasonable suspicion that an alien is unlawfully present in the country. Bottom line, all aliens who violate US immigration law are subject to ICE arrest and detention. This is how the law has been for decades.

ICE has arrested more than half a million people since President Trump returned to office, and nearly 40 percent do not have a criminal record. As of Aug. 6, ICE had detained more people without a criminal record this year than in all of 2025. wapo.st/45V4GP5

By some estimates, more than 20 million illegal aliens entered the United States under President Biden. ZERO illegal aliens have entered the United States under President Trump. Republicans secured the border. Democrats want to REOPEN it and go back to this ⬇️

This is not a close call: AG Bonta is working to deliver a death blow to one of the most recognized industries in CA — taking Paramount’s 34K jobs (and perhaps more from WBD) with them. Even Gavin Newsom can see the lawsuits are a losing hand and the right agreement would be win-win. hollywoodreporter.com/business/busin…

Five years ago today, 13 of our best and bravest service members were killed by a terror attack at Abbey Gate in Afghanistan. This was an unimaginable tragedy, but also a total failure of the Biden Administration. We will never forget the fallen, and we will never stop fighting for the indefatigable Gold Star families who only want the transparent truth of what happened that day to their kids: Staff Sergeant Ryan C. Knauss, USA; Staff Sergeant Darin Taylor Hoover, USMC; Sergeant Johanny Rosario Pichardo, USMC; Sergeant Nicole L. Gee, USMC; Corporal Hunter Lopez, USMC; Corporal Daegan W. Page, USMC; Corporal Humberto A. Sanchez, USMC; Lance Corporal David L. Espinoza, USMC; Lance Corporal Jared M. Schmitz, USMC; Lance Corporal Rylee J. McCollum, USMC; Lance Corporal Dylan R. Merola, USMC; Lance Corporal Kareem M. Nikoui, USMC; and Petty Officer Third Class Maxton W. Soviak, USN.

Living in Los Angeles during COVID was quite the trip. Solo paddleboarders being arrested in Malibu w/ beaches closed and police patrolling the sand. Sand being poured into skate parks in Venice. An unelected, non-medical "Dr." Barbara Ferrer calling the shots. Banning OUTDOOR dining, including forcing restaurants to turn their TVs off - then later admitting they had no medical evidence to support it. Vaccine mandates to enter establishments. All while they were falsely inflating COVID-19 hospitalization data in local hospitals to justify the the panic, not differentiating who was hospitalized with COVID, or for COVID. If you broke your leg and tested positive for COVID, even with no symptoms, you were counted as a COVID hospitalization in Los Angeles County. Those numbers were used to impose the lockdowns and strict rules. So many businesses never recovered. Below are a couple photos of two memorable photos I snapped in Santa Monica in March 2020 when the beaches were closed - not a single person was on the sand despite being a beautiful day, and police were actively patrolling the area to make sure nobody was on the sand or in nearby parks. Crazy in hindsight.

Two years ago, our country witnessed an unspeakable act of violence in Butler, Pennsylvania. Being at the hospital in the aftermath of the attempted assassination of President Trump is a day I will never forget. Through it all, President Trump wasn’t focused on himself. He wanted to make sure everyone else was okay. I was with two dear friends that - Dan Scavino and Steven Cheung and must admit I had a few minutes of being in shock and even a little weepy. I’m grateful to God for His protection over the President and the team. But the cost of that day was nevertheless greater than many realize and we will continue to pray for the families impacted. We will not forget the day in Butler.
