Many companies only allowing their engineers to spend a lot of money on tokens. If the CEO uses the AI themselves they can see that actually it's so powerful, everyone in the company should be using it. Spending money on tokens is fine if it lets you achieve your objectives faster.
In the civil war the North invented a repeating rifle that could fire 7 rounds before needing to be reloaded, but they only gave it to their elite cavalry units bc they were afraid they'd waste too much ammunition. Lincoln used the rifle himself and intervened to ensure it was rolled out to the entire army as soon as they could. Lesson in there for AI companies trying to push more tokenmaxxing.
