The big question here is: who even decides what is "shovelware"? Is it "shovelware" just because the developer used AI or is it "shovelware" because it's simply low-effort? Who is the arbiter of this? I know there are plenty of low-effort crappy games out there NOT made with AI just like there are great games that WERE made with AI.
