It's not a demand problem. It's a math problem. Market and sentiment on the street has been shifting from Oil and the War to NOT TO Demand for AI but can this high borrowing be sustainable, from what $CRWV bond yields are reflecting. What @chamath was showing us last week. This coupled with #OpenAI statement on the revenue estimates lowering and after the investor meeting from Anthropic IPO wanting to lower the IPO from 2T to 1.5T is hitting the AI trade hard! I think there can be a much more lower move on these high borrowing stocks! The market stopped asking about AI demand. Now it asks who pays for it.

I was reading theough this research paper to build 0D $SPX $NDX positioning to see if we can look for retail edge but holy shit 💩 : Beckmeyer, Branger & Gayda (Univ. of Münster) — “the retail 0DTE SPX study: retail lost $184k/day on average Feb 2021–Feb 2023, $358k/day after daily expirations began in May 2022. Useful for knowing who's on the other side of your fills and why dealers sit structurally short gamma on the 0D strip.” No wonder we have 0D expiry 3 times a week now.
