@WastedTokens @stevenfiorillo @amitisinvesting Not sure if this is what you were trying to do but youve made a pretty good case on why it might not be a bad idea to short companies like Dell if you think the cycle is at a peak. Their Growth is projected to go down to 20% in the next few years but their multiple is trading at

@RealMattMoney Also if the next round of debt they raise has higher and higher rates, their margins can get squeezed, so their is a tail risk of being upside down on the loan, the hiking of the interest rates will also not help

@RealMattMoney I agree, also coreweave’s average cost of capital across all their debt is still not bad, people are freaking out regarding a 1.5ish billion loan , but the real question is what would be the rate when they go out to raise more, because they do need to raise

Flush it down, chop it up, and shake everyone out ~2 weeks before a massive wave of megacaps & ai players reporting earnings. Classic.

Market Today $CRWV has too much debt, let’s take it down $MU has too much cash and earnings potential, let’s also take it down

Dell , Caterpillar, LAM, Seagate did less total combined revenue than MU and they trade between 19-30x multiple, all of them combined are worth around 1.7T and $MU needs to sell off here? @MarcelLarsen_ makes a good point that I have been talking about in my previous tweets, either all of these businesses are cyclical or they are structural, excluding MU from this and giving a lower multiple doesn’t make any sense.

$MU is the cheapest US large cap relative to what it earns, and the gap keeps getting wider. Micron is down 4% today to about $985. On June 24, hours before it reported fiscal Q3, it closed at $1,047. Since then it has posted two of the best quarters any semiconductor company

@KrisPatel99 Would you then look at today’s gap down as an opportunity? The sentiment in this market shifts like crazy week to week

A few thoughts on the Neoclouds, I am seeing a bearish sentiment everywhere regarding $CRWV and people almost loving everything that $NBIS does. Neoclouds are born in an era where the traditional CSP lacked capability to provide highly efficient training and inference architecture for AI workloads, does that mean that era will come to an end? I don't think so, the scale and speed with which some of the neoclouds are growing is quite amazing and the top ones will be called hyperscalers within the next decade as the AI demand goes up and jevons paradox is played out with token prices coming down. So Coreweave and Nebius are the best boats in the rising tides, yes Nebius has signed better short term deals at higher prices, but that doesn't mean Coreweave is somehow a bad business model, yes I am also aware of the debt structure, but this is like early days AWS, which is funnily called the best part about Amazon now now Everything in short terms tends to be noise, as we increase the time horizons, the signal to noise ratio becomes better and people can understand why these are amazing investments. There are v100 GPUs from Nvidia that are still used within AWS clusters, a chip that was launched nearly a decade ago in 2017. As time goes the depreciation argument of GPUs around Neoclouds will start to become weaker I think and the narrative will benefit from that. So for now ignore the noise in the short term and follow the signal in the long term.

@NexusCoOfficial One of the best takes, sentiment shifts very fast these days and people are always flip flopping between having fomo and calling everything a top

$LITE is trading at close to ~50x forward multiple where as $MU is at ~6x . Both of these names are a supposedly a bottleneck play and but the market is choosing one over the other, everyone is worried about margin compression for memory whereas management has guided they are going to increase even from here, there is no visibility beyond 3 years for both of these, so either both of them are cyclical or both of them durable long term earnings potential, we have to decide whether it is a buying opportunity or whether it is a selling one, I am buying here the one with smaller multiple @amitisinvesting thoughts on this?
