1 year ago i made my first github contribution never written a line of code in my life before that 6.5k+ contributions later i'm running a software business that makes money (@frontrunvc) for all the doomers saying ai will take jobs, it's also creating new ones that never would've been available to someone like me 🫡

We were able to fine tune an open weight model (Qwen3.5-9B) on proprietary internal data at @coinbase, and it out performed frontier models, at much lower cost and speed, for a specialized task (fraud prevention in this case). I think we'll see more of this pattern inside
