This is really cool. I’ve been experimenting myself with better feedback layers for agents with stuff like Remarc.app On the other hand, I was just collaborating on a landing page with someone else and asked Claude to add a full in-prototype commenting layer with replies, email notifications, MCP, etc and it did it in a few prompts, fully functional. I’m sure it’s a bit more complex with videos, connectors, full auth, etc but probably still vibe-codable for any team within a few days (MVP, few more weeks to polish as it’s being used). Every large design org is already building their own internal prototype harnesses, I don’t see why they wouldn’t also build their own custom feedback layers.

This hit a nerve for me. I think this is pretty spot on. Design industry in general has an obsession with "having a seat at the table" that draws excessive energy towards influencing vs building. It incentivizes inward-focused political behavior vs outward-directed creativity and building for others. Influence is a function of your value to the team, to the product, and to the business. Technical literacy & fluency are pre-requisites for providing value in cross-functional teams. You can obtain influence with short-term political games and showmanship, but this influence is not durable if it's not backed up by value to the business. doc.cc/articles/craft…

@christinaharker Yeah that’s a good point. But even if they’re somewhat close to Opus 5.5 in real-world perceived performance, and they subsidize it in Muse it’s… extremely hard economics to compete with.

If we assume these benchmarks are somewhat representative of real-world performance, Meta just leapfrogged frontier labs on model capability, which they will then heavily subsidize for average consumers. Frontier intelligence & good product sense at scale & ability to subsidize long-term until costs stabilize is a deadly combo. Hard to see how anyone will compete with that.
