these are the messy drafts + variations behind my work at @mobbin. a huge part of making YouTube videos is cracking the packaging. in 6 years of making videos, i’ve pulled weeks of all-nighters on videos that still flopped. if nobody clicks, nobody watches... even if the editing is fire. Now, no idea gets into the pipeline until the title + thumbnail stands out on the feed. if not, back to the drawing board I goooooo

papercut fix on @mobbin BEFORE: fade-out lasts for 1s starting from when u clicked, so if the scroll animation takes awhile, u don't get to see the emphasis at all AFTER: fade-out lasts until you reach your flow, so u'll always see the emphasis
